Our Forklift Reconditioning Process guarantees that your used or reconditioned forklift is in great shape for a long life of service.

ENGINE - Check Compression and reseal if needed.

FUEL SYSTEM - Inspect and Repair as needed.

TIRES - Replace with new if more than 30% worn.

TRANSMISSION - Check pressures, monitor pulling power, replace packs or reseal if needed.

BRAKES - Check for wear, replace if more than 30% used.

STEERING - Inspect for tightness, replace any defective bearings

HYDRAULICS - Check Pressures; Replace any Leaking or worn hoses.

GAUGES - Replace as needed.

MAST - Check for tightness; replace shims and bearings as needed.

ELECTRIC MOTORS - Check Drive, Pump and Steer.

BRUSHES & CONTACTS - Inspect panel and replace as needed.

BATTERY - Discharge to estimate life, replace if less than 70% life left.
